Guys, Relax if this was a call prefixed with ( 91) code, then it was from NIIT LTD. India. Relax they were just selling some new course release info on cellphones. :)

stated they were with CDR and was going to prosecute me for a payday loan, had so much going on at the time felt pressured did give them a prepaid cc, however no money on it and only load when needed. said they would work out a payment plan would take money every 2 weeks, however after giving card # asked I would later get a certified bank check to pay balance said they could not do that. would never give a real card, I only use prepaid cards just incase, now I feel real stupid for more or less falling for it but then again would not load card anyway

This person contacts me after repeated requests to stop. I do not know this person, and have expressed that clearly although they claim to know me. I want these text messages and harrasment to stop immediately and I want to know who this is.

called and left a message about the intrest rate on my credit card.. im 14 and have no credit cards at all

has called friends, my work, my cell saying I am in big trouble. Threatens my friends. Says I have committed bank fraud but that i can settle out of court but will never give me the name of who wants to sue me. Called me stupid, motherf***er, and told me he would continue to "harass" (his words) me until I paid but has never told me for what or how much.
